Welcome to Starfame. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services (SMM Panel, Digital Products) for legal purposes only. You are prohibited from:

  • Using services to spread hate speech, malware, or spam.
  • Attempting to bypass our payment security systems.
  • Reselling our scripts in violation of their specific licenses.

2. Account and Safety

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Starfame account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Important: Starfame will never ask for your social media passwords. You only need to provide your public username or post URL. If you lose access to a social media account due to a phishing attempt, Starfame is not liable.

3. Social Media Services (SMM)

We strive to provide the highest quality services. However, due to the nature of social media algorithms:

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that purchased followers/views/likes will lead to organic growth, viral status, or monetization.
  • Refill Policy: Services marked with "Refill Guarantee" will be topped up if they drop within the specified time (usually 30 days). Services marked "Non-Refill" have no guarantee.
  • Order Errors: If you provide an incorrect username or private link, the order will fail. We are not obligated to refund these orders, but may offer a credit based on case review. You are requested to wait until the specific order resolution which may take 2-3 working days. However you can place a fresh order for different services.

4. Digital Products (Subscriptions & Scripts)

For items such as Netflix subscriptions, ChatGPT codes, SMM Scripts, and E-Books:

  • Delivery: These items are delivered digitally (via email or dashboard) instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • No Refunds: Once a digital file, script source code, or subscription code is sent to you, it is considered "delivered." Refunds are NOT granted for digital products as it's downloadable and intangible. However, if you face any issue regarding the downloaded files, zip you can reach out to us and our team will guide you further.

5. Payments and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

All payments are processed via third-party gateways (UPI, Stripe, Razorpay). We do not store your financial details.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to your account and Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Starfame. Starfame has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
